Wash Club Membership Program

Terms & Conditions

Customer enrollment in TLC’s Wash Club Membership Program provides access to TLC’s select car wash services for each monthly period the membership is paid for and renewed, which may be terminated by TLC for any reason at any time.

Membership monthly fees are paid by monthly automatic electronic payment by credit card or debit card. No refunds or credits will be given for any partial periods where enrollment in TLC’s Wash Club Membership Program is terminated by either Customer or TLC. Customer must cancel their membership 7 days before their next billing day through email to message@tlcexpresswash.com to avoid being charged again or customer may cancel their account online at www.tlcexpresswash.com.

Membership is intended for personal use only and is limited to one (1) wash per calendar day, per enrolled vehicle. Memberships are vehicle-specific and non-transferable. TLC Wash Club services cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounted services at any time. Customer may upgrade to a higher wash package or add an additional service and pay the difference at the time of service.

TLC reserves the right to cancel, amend or change the Wash Club Membership Program, including but not limited to services, pricing, availability or restrictions, from time to time as elected by TLC in its sole and absolute discretion.

Only the vehicle specifically enrolled in the Wash Club Program is eligible to receive services and must have the correct license plate affixed to the vehicle. Eligibility is verified by the enrolled vehicle’s license plate; Customer must notify TLC immediately of any change in vehicle ownership or change in license plate.

TLC is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages to vehicles, including but not limited to pre-existing conditions, aftermarket accessories, or mechanical issues not caused by TLC’s negligence. TLC is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of California and Customer consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, City of Bellflower.



Customer agrees acceptance of TLC services shall be deemed acceptance of and consent to the terms and conditions set forth above.
